Surcharge for sanding and reprinting the memory box lid
If an inaccuracy has occurred in the personalization details during checkout, it is possible to correct it.
Send the memory box to us, and we will carefully sand off the existing print and reprint the lid with the correct details.
When placing the order, in the "Additional information" field, indicate all the correct personalization information that should be printed on the new lid.
Important: we only perform reprinting for memory boxes made by us. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the service price.
